You can use the artifact from the Artifact Recovery quest, the artifact from the Sword Coast Chronicles and Bruenor’s Helm from the Underdark Campaign as a feeder. This is only efficient if you can get cheap artifacts. At rank 59 you use that artifact to refine your artifact of the same type. The best way to take advantage of this is to level the feeder to rank 59, over that and it becomes to expensive. Using artifact of the same type will give you a 5x bonus. In every game (except Guild Wars, because they scale you) low level PvP tends to not resemble max level PvP at all. Feeder artifacts are cheap artifacts of the same type (Power/Union/Stability) that you use to refine with. Neverwinter actually has daily quests to do the PvP, so I’ve done a few matches now. The main reason being the use of feeder artifacts. Refining artifacts is a bit different than artifact equipment.
